My experience with X-Poker
I am a regular club-app poker player. I play as an adult (21+), with my own money. I have played club-app poker since 2021 and X-Poker since November 2024, mostly no-limit hold'em and some pot-limit Omaha at low stakes.
Between March and June 2026 I played in two clubs open to players in the Philippines — one Philippine-facing club and one club inside an international union. That was roughly 45 sessions, mostly low-stakes NLH cash games with blinds around ₱5/₱10 and ₱10/₱25. I am not naming the clubs, agents, club IDs or referral codes here, on purpose.
Deposits. Most of my deposits went through GCash, usually ₱500–1,000 at a time; I also used Maya once, for a similar amount. In my case, a deposit was credited to my chip balance within about 10–20 minutes. I did not see a fee charged on top of the amount I sent. The agent confirmed each deposit in the chat, and the chips appeared in my balance shortly after.
Withdrawals. I cashed out four times between April and June 2026, in the range of ₱1,000–2,500 per withdrawal, back to my GCash wallet. Three of the four payouts took about 3–5 hours. One withdrawal, in May 2026, took roughly 26 hours instead of the "within 12 hours" I was told in the chat; I asked the agent about it, and it was settled the next day. No fee was charged on any of my withdrawals. I confirmed each payout by checking my GCash balance and keeping the receipt.
What worked, and what did not.
- Deposits were straightforward: I sent the amount, the agent confirmed in the chat, and the chips appeared in about 10–20 minutes.
- The May 2026 withdrawal delay — roughly 26 hours instead of 12 — was the one real problem I had. It was resolved, but slower than promised.
- In April 2026 a person presenting themselves as club support asked me to move our conversation to another chat app. I declined and verified the club ID inside the X-Poker app before continuing. Nothing came of it, but I kept the chat records.
What I did not test. I did not test InstaPay or PESONet transfers, bank cash-ins, or USDT deposits and withdrawals. I cannot say how those work in practice.
My own safety habits. These are things I do for myself, not recommendations for anyone else:
- I keep a small balance in any club and cash out rather than letting it build up.
- Before a larger deposit I send a small test amount first.
- I check the club ID inside the app itself, not in a chat message.
- I keep the chat history and receipts for every deposit and withdrawal.
Disclosure. I play as a regular player and receive no commission or other benefit from any club or agent.
Experience described as of October 2026. This is my personal experience in specific clubs at a specific time. It is not a guarantee of how deposits, withdrawals or games will work for anyone else.
