X-Poker Philippines: Clubs, Cash-In Options & Safety Guide (2026)
X-Poker is a mobile app for private poker clubs — not an online casino. Filipino players typically get in through a club agent, and money moves outside the app, from wallet to agent and back. X-Poker does not appear in PAGCOR's published lists of accredited operators (checked 14 Oct 2026), and since August 2025 GCash and Maya have blocked in-app gambling links — deposits and withdrawals run as manual transfers to a person, at your own risk. This page covers what actually works in the Philippines in 2026: the legal picture, the clubs people mention, cash-in and cash-out routes, and the scams to watch for. 21+ only.
Key takeaways
- The app provides the tables; money moves through club agents, not through the platform.
- X-Poker is absent from PAGCOR's published operator lists (checked 14 Oct 2026), so there is no gaming regulator that we could identify to complain to.
- After the BSP order of August 2025, GCash and Maya removed in-app gambling links. Transfers to agents are manual wallet-to-person transfers, and no wallet operator protects them.
- PAGCOR's standard for licensed platforms is 21+ — we use it on this page.
- There are no guarantees of payout. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
An AI tool for X-Poker tables reads open tables live and suggests a line on every street. A second mode plays automatically. Not sold on this site or in app stores — ask the vendor on Telegram for trial access. May violate X-Poker's rules; you are responsible. 21+.
How X-Poker Works for Players in the Philippines

The usual path for a player in the Philippines looks like this: you find a club through a Facebook or Instagram page run by an agent, you receive a Club ID and often a Referral ID, you apply to join inside the app, and you agree with the agent on how to send pesos and receive chips. The app itself only hosts the tables and tracks chip balances; every peso moves between you and the agent.
That chain — app, club, union of clubs, agent — is the core of how X-Poker functions everywhere, and we explain it in full in our guide to poker unions and agents. The short version for the Philippines: your financial counterpart is the agent, never the platform. For context, a 2023 news piece suggested PPPoker was the more widely used club app among Filipinos; we compare the two in our X-Poker vs PPPoker comparison.
Games Filipino Players Look For
Based on reviews and Philippine community pages, X-Poker clubs typically spread No-Limit Hold'em, PLO5/PLO6, Open Face Chinese (OFC), 13-card games and All-in or Fold (AoF). Two formats that come up often in Philippine community pages:
- Tongits — available in X-Poker clubs; ask your club which tables run it.
- Pusoy (Pusoy Dos) — also available in clubs, and listed among the games of a large PH-facing club in a 2023 industry article.
For the rules of each format, including AoF and OFC variants, see our X-Poker game formats guide and the rules section — we keep the mechanics there so this page stays focused on the Philippine money and safety side.
Inside the app

Is X-Poker Legal in the Philippines?
X-Poker does not appear in PAGCOR's published lists of accredited operators (checked 14 Oct 2026). Whether playing through a club agent is lawful for an individual player is unclear.
That two-sentence answer is as far as the sources we read can take us. The legal commentary we reviewed does not address club poker apps directly — it deals with licensed online gaming. Our reading: we could find no PAGCOR accreditation and no gaming regulator behind the app, and the sources give no clear answer on the individual player's position. We are not lawyers, and this page is not legal advice. Below is what is actually documented.
Not legal advice — consult a lawyer if in doubt
PAGCOR, the 21+ Rule and Restricted Persons
PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — regulates gambling in the country and publishes lists of accredited operators. We checked the published lists we could open: the service providers and domains list, dated 18 March 2025, and the gaming system administrators and brands list, published October 2026. X-Poker, Funnygames, Pony Technology and related names do not appear in them, and the roughly 85 brands on pagcorguarantee.ph do not include X-Poker either. Two caveats: we could only open two lists, and absence from a list is not proof that no authorization exists in some other category. Brands such as GGPoker and Pinoy Poker, by contrast, appear in PAGCOR's lists under Online Poker.
What we checked · 14 Oct 2026
- Names searched: X-Poker, Funnygames, Pony Technology and related names
- For contrast: GGPoker and Pinoy Poker appear in the lists under Online Poker
How to read this: we could only open two lists, and absence from a list is not proof that no authorization exists in some other category.
On age and access: for casinos, Presidential Decree 1869 sets 21 as the minimum age and bars students, government officials and employees, and members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police. PAGCOR's Code of Practice (2017–2018) adds the National Database of Restricted Persons and restrictions on relatives of covered officials. For licensed online platforms, the confirmed standard we have is the 21+ age floor stated by PAGCOR's leadership.
Because PAGCOR's standard for licensed platforms is 21+, we use 21+ throughout this page instead of the 18+ you may see on offshore sites. The Philippine App Store listing carries an 18+ "Simulated Gambling" rating — but that is Apple's age rating, not an operator policy.

What "Unlicensed" Means in Practice
Review sites (Beasts of Poker, Worldpokerdeals) describe the app as unlicensed: no KYC and no regulator. If an agent keeps your money, your argument is with the agent — there is no gaming regulator that we could identify and no independent dispute body to appeal to. The corporate picture is layered: review sources name Funnygames as the operator, the App Store lists Future Entertainment Ltd as the developer, and the GLI certificate names Pony Technology Co., Limited.
On fairness: X-Poker's website links a GLI Certificate of Integrity for its RNG, valid until September 2027. GLI states the certificate is not an endorsement of the product — and it covers the RNG, not agents or payouts. For the full discussion of RNG testing and app safety, see Is X-Poker legit?.
Offshore Gaming Laws and Pending Bills
The regulatory background shifted quickly between 2024 and 2026. Executive Order 74 (November 2024) ordered a stop to offshore gaming operations, and the Anti-POGO Act (Republic Act 12312, signed 23 October 2025 and published days later) made the offshore gaming ban permanent law.
Meanwhile, Senate Bill 47 — the "Anti-Online Gambling Act", filed by Senator Joel Villanueva in July 2025 — remains in committee. In February 2026 PAGCOR announced tighter rules for licensed operators, including identity verification with a government ID and a live selfie before the first deposit, and tighter advertising controls; the same month PAGCOR asked the BSP to allow e-wallets to link to licensed operators again (iGaming Business, 11.02.2026).
Timeline: offshore gaming and online gambling rules
- Executive Order 74Orders a stop to offshore gaming operations (POGOs).
- BSP e-wallet orderE-wallets cut in-app gambling links. Details in the Cash-In section.
- RA 12312The Anti-POGO Act makes the offshore ban permanent.
- PAGCOR tightens rulesIdentity checks and advertising controls; asks the BSP to re-link e-wallets to licensed operators.
Still pending: Senate Bill 47, the “Anti-Online Gambling Act”, filed by Senator Joel Villanueva in July 2025. It remains in committee.
The takeaway: rules are moving fast. Check dates on anything you read about Philippine online gambling — including this page.
Does X-Poker Pay Real Money in the Philippines?

The app itself does not pay or hold money. Chips have value only through the agreement you make with a club agent.
That distinction matters more than anything else on this page. Review sites agree that X-Poker does not offer real-money services: inside the app you play with chips, and any cash value exists only in the private arrangement between you and an agent — cash in, chips credited; cash out, chips returned.
The convention on this site is 1 chip = $1 as the accounting standard. In Philippine clubs the ledger may be kept in Philippine pesos instead — a 2023 industry article on a PH-facing club described PHP accounting — but this varies by club. In player forums and app store reviews you will also find complaints about rigged-feeling runs and pressure to buy diamonds. We report these as player reports; we have no way to verify them, and they are one more reason to test any club with a small amount first. Note that the diamonds sold inside the app (for pesos, on the Philippine App Store) are an in-app purchase — not the same thing as club chips, which are settled with agents outside the app.
The step-by-step mechanics of deposits and withdrawals live in our payments guide — this page covers the Philippine routes and their risks.
How We Tested — I Played Myself
I did not only read the rules, I played. Between March and June 2026 I played real-money games in two clubs open to players in the Philippines: roughly 45 sessions of low-stakes NLH and PLO cash games. These were clubs I joined as a regular player; I am not naming them, their agents or their IDs here, on purpose.
During that period I:
- made five deposits through GCash and Maya, ₱500–1,000 each; in my case the chips were credited within about 10–20 minutes;
- made four withdrawals of ₱1,000–2,500 each to GCash; three payouts took about 3–5 hours, one took roughly 26 hours and was settled the next day;
- saw no extra fees on deposits or withdrawals;
- checked the Club ID inside the app and kept chat records and receipts for every operation.
I did not test InstaPay, PESONet, bank cash-ins or USDT, so I make no claims about those methods. My experience comes from two specific clubs at a specific time — it is not a promise of how it will work for you. The full account, with dates and limits of the test, is in «My experience» on my author page.
Disclosure: I play as a regular player and receive no commission from any club or agent.
Test log — all operations recorded during real play, March–June 2026: five deposits and four withdrawals. Amounts are given as ranges; club and agent names are not published.

Getting the X-Poker App in the Philippines

AppBrain reports the app was removed from Google Play on 6 September 2023; we could not find a current Google Play listing ourselves. Android players in the Philippines typically install an APK, and that is the single biggest security decision you will make: APK catalogs (APKPure and similar) still list old builds such as 1.12.3 and 1.12.21, and an outdated or re-packed APK can carry anything. There are two safer routes: the installer from the official site, x-poker.net, or the same file from the download block of our main X-Poker review, which we compared with the official one (same size and matching sample blocks, checked 15 October 2026). Nothing else. If a club or agent sends you a download link, use it only if it leads to x-poker.net.
On iPhone the situation is confirmed: the Philippine App Store carries X-Poker — developer listed as Future Entertainment Ltd, last version 1.12.0 from July 2023 — rated 18+ with a "Simulated Gambling" label. One open question: an "X-Poker Lite" also appears in the App Store (April 2026); whether it is the same product is unconfirmed.
Where to install from
One paragraph on X-Poker login in the Philippines, since it is a common query: logging in means opening the app with your account and entering the Club ID you received from an agent. Full installation walkthrough, including iOS and PC setups, is in the download section of our main X-Poker review.
X-Poker Clubs and Unions Philippine Players Ask About

This section lists only clubs and communities that present themselves as Philippine-facing. International unions and the global club directory — with rakeback details — live on our X-Poker clubs page. Everything below is reported information, not endorsement: none of the clubs below are the clubs I played in, and a listing here is not a recommendation.

The Club IDs above are copied from the sources named in the table. We have not verified them: IDs change, two sources give different IDs for the same club (shown separated by a slash), and the same ID appears for two clubs. A dash means we found no ID. Always ask the agent for the current Club ID and confirm it inside the official app before you send any money (see the three steps below). Size and game lists are what each source claims, not something we have checked.
How to Join a Club in 3 Steps
- Get a Club ID and, if required, a Referral ID from the agent — confirm the ID in the official app, never just a screenshot.
- Apply inside the app with that ID and wait for the club to accept you.
- Read the club's rules and test with the smallest possible amount before sending anything serious.
The full joining guide, including what to ask an agent before your first deposit, is on our clubs page.
Clubs to Approach With Caution
One affiliate site that reviews club apps has excluded a "Philippines Union" from its listings over reports of bans and confiscated balances. We cannot confirm those reports, and we are not repeating them as fact — but it is worth knowing that this is the kind of risk club apps carry: the operator of a club typically has no regulator to answer to, and your only leverage is the agent's reputation.
Our caution criteria — editorial judgment, not legal findings:
- No public history of the club or agent — page created recently, no track record.
- Time pressure — "slots close tonight", "rate changes in an hour".
- Contacts that keep changing — a new GCash number every week.
- Promises of "no capital required" or guaranteed profit.
- Asking you to move the chat to a different app before confirming the Club ID.
None of this proves a scam. It means the club has not earned trust yet, and trust is the only thing standing between you and your money.
The vendor's tool rates open X-Poker tables and gives line suggestions as the hand plays out, with an optional automatic mode. Setup and trial are handled in Telegram. Assistance tools may violate X-Poker's rules, and any account restrictions are your responsibility. 21+.
Cash-In and Cash-Out From the Philippines

The general deposit and withdrawal mechanics are covered in our payments guide — here we cover only the Philippine rails and what changed in 2025.
The one rule above all: the transfer goes to a person, not to a platform. Every method below is a manual transfer to an agent's wallet or bank account. You cannot count on a refund from any wallet, bank or network if the deal goes wrong.
A wallet transfer to an agent is unprotected — the wallet operator is not a party to your deal
How the Flow Looks (PH Version)
It is always the same loop: you send pesos from your GCash, Maya or bank account to the agent's account, chips appear in the club, you play, and for cash-out you ask the agent to send pesos back. The app never touches the money; it only records chips. Speed, fees and limits depend on the rail you and the agent choose — the sections below cover each one.
How the money moves
- Manual transfer to a person, not to a platform
- The app never touches the money; it only records chips
- No refund to count on from any wallet, bank or network if the deal goes wrong
GCash and Maya After the 2025 BSP Order
On 14 August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum M-2025-029, ordering e-wallets to remove links to online gambling within 48 hours. The measure is described as temporary, pending a stricter circular on gambling payments (Monetary Board Resolution No. 805). GCash cut gambling access through its GLife feature and Maya through its Games feature by 8 p.m. on 16 August 2025.
What this did not do: it did not block wallet-to-wallet transfers to people. An agent advertising "GCash accepted" is offering a manual wallet transfer, not an integration — review sites say the app has no cashier of its own, and the wallet operator is not a party to your deal. GCash says it blocks accounts linked to illegal gambling operations; we found no statement on how this applies to players.
What the BSP order did
- Told e-wallets to remove links to online gambling within 48 hours
- GCash (GLife) and Maya (Games) cut gambling access in their apps
What it did not do
- It did not block wallet-to-wallet transfers to people
- An agent's “GCash accepted” is a manual wallet transfer, not an integration
Agents on Philippine Facebook and Instagram pages list GCash; xpoker-ph.com also names Maya and bank transfers. Those are agents' claims, not platform features.
Timeline
- BSP Memorandum M-2025-029Remove online gambling links from e-wallets within 48 hours. Temporary, pending a stricter circular.
- GCash and Maya complyGCash disables gambling access through GLife, Maya through Games.
- PAGCOR asks the BSP to re-linkRequest to let e-wallets link to licensed operators again (iGaming Business, 11.02.2026).
Bank Transfers: InstaPay and PESONet
Bank transfers are the likely rails behind the "bank transfer / online banking" option some agents list. The two main interbank transfer systems are InstaPay, for real-time transfers, and PESONet, for batch transfers cleared by PCHC — both retail payment systems under BSP oversight:
| InstaPay | PESONet | |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | Real-time, 24/7 | Same or next banking day (batch) |
| Per-transaction limit | ₱50,000 person-to-person | No scheme cap — the bank sets the limit |
| Best for | Small, urgent transfers | Larger amounts |
For you as a player the risks mirror GCash: the receiving account is a private individual's account, the bank sees exactly who you sent money to, and you cannot count on a bank reversing the transfer because a club agent stopped replying. Keep every receipt and reference number — they are your only evidence if you later file a complaint.

USDT and P2P
Review sites covering X-Poker clubs (Worldpokerdeals, Beasts of Poker, Donkhunter) describe settlements in BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC, with withdrawals reportedly taking up to 48 hours and minimums around $100 at some clubs — those figures come from agent arrangements described in reviews, not from the platform. Depending on the country, two review sites also list Skrill and Neteller; we could not confirm this.
For a player holding pesos, one realistic route is a P2P exchange — trading PHP for USDT directly with another user. This is our editorial explanation, not a fact from our sources; the steps are standard:
PHP → USDT → agent: four steps
- 1Agree the rateAgree on the rate and amount with the agent in writing, in the current chat.
- 2Buy USDT via P2PBuy USDT via P2P on a platform that legally serves Philippine users — the SEC's advisory on Binance dates from November 2023, and its later status is unknown, so check the SEC's current advisories first. You pay the P2P seller by GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
- 3Send to the agent's addressIrreversibleSend USDT to the address the agent gives you — network (TRC20/ERC20) is the agent's choice.
- 4Confirm the chipsConfirm chips credited before considering the deal done.
Transfers are irreversible, and a mistyped address is unrecoverable. Confirm the wallet address in the live chat each time, never from an old message. Details of crypto cash-outs in general are in our payments guide.
Crypto transfers are irreversible
PHP, USD or USDT: Which Currency Do Your Chips Use?
There is no single answer — it is whatever your club agreed with its agent network. The convention on this site is 1 chip = $1; Philippine-facing clubs have historically kept ledgers in PHP. The rate is whatever you fix with the agent before sending money. The formula is simple: pesos ÷ agreed rate = chips. Get the rate, the fee and the payout terms in writing in the chat, every time.
Your First Deposit and Withdrawal: A Cautious Checklist
Editorial advice, based on how these arrangements fail:
- Start with a test amount — ₱500–1,000. (Our recommendation, not a platform rule.)
- Withdraw the same amount back before depositing anything larger. A club that pays out ₱800 on day one is worth more than any promise.
- Screenshot everything — chats, wallet numbers, reference numbers, receipts.
- Don't store a big chip balance between sessions; chips are only as safe as the agent.
- Set a loss limit before you play and keep it. 21+.
Method matrix (PH)
| Method | Reported by | Typical use | Speed | Main risk | What is confirmed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GCash | PH agents (FB/IG pages) | Cash-in, small amounts | Typically near-instant wallet-to-wallet (our note) | Manual transfer to a person; unprotected | In-app gambling links removed Aug 2025 (M-2025-029); GCash says it blocks accounts tied to illegal gambling operations |
| Maya | xpoker-ph.com | Cash-in, small amounts | Typically near-instant wallet-to-wallet (our note) | Same as GCash | In-app gambling links removed Aug 2025 (M-2025-029) |
| InstaPay | Our analysis (likely rail) | Cash-in/out, smaller amounts | Real-time | Not reversible; keep receipts as evidence | ₱50,000 person-to-person limit |
| PESONet | Our analysis (likely rail) | Larger bank transfers | Same/next banking day | Bank sees a private recipient | No scheme cap — bank limits apply; clearing by PCHC |
| USDT | Review sites (clubs) | Cash-in/out, larger amounts | Minutes–48 h (review-reported) | Irreversible, address risk | Review-reported, not platform-confirmed |
| P2P (PHP↔USDT) | Our editorial route | Converting pesos to USDT | Varies | Counterparty risk on the exchange; platform legality | SEC advisory on Binance, Nov 2023; later status unknown |
Scam and Safety Checklist for Filipino Players

This is the most important section on the page. The first two schemes below (the BIR and AMLC claims) are documented in Philippine legal commentary (Respicio & Co., lawyer-philippines); the unlock-fee pattern is commonly reported by victims, and the rest are the criteria we apply based on reported scam patterns.
Red Flags (PH Edition)
Commonly reported patterns in online gambling scams in the Philippines:
7 red flags
Safe Habits
- Keep your playing balance small; withdraw winnings regularly instead of building a chip stash.
- Use one dedicated wallet or account for agent transfers, separate from your main money.
- Verify the agent through a second channel before the first transfer — a group, a mutual contact, a public page with history.
- Confirm the Club ID inside the official app before sending anything.
- Never install "X-Poker mods" or APKs from outside the official source (more below).
- Assume every transfer is final the moment you hit send.
What to Do If You Were Cheated
No step guarantees recovery — be realistic.
If you were cheated: four steps
- 1Preserve evidenceChat history, transaction receipts, reference numbers, the agent's wallet numbers and profile links.
- 2Block the contact and reportReport the scam through your wallet or bank: GCash routes reports through its Help Center ("I was scammed"), the 2882 hotline or the Gigi chatbot; for Maya and banks, use their official fraud lines.
- 3Report to law enforcementThe NBI Cybercrime Division (nbi.gov.ph) and the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group both accept complaints — usually in person with a notarized affidavit, with online forms also available. We don't print hotline numbers because published ones differ between sources.
- 4PAGCOR routeFor PAGCOR-licensed sites the complaint path is PAGCOR itself — X-Poker has no PAGCOR accreditation that we could find, so that route does not apply here.
Hacks, Mods and "Free Diamonds"
Anything promising X-Poker cheats, hacked APKs or free diamonds is at best a ban and at worst malware on your phone. Read more on our poker bots article.
Is X-Poker Right for You? Final Take

X-Poker fits a narrow profile: a player who understands the scheme is unregulated, has a verifiable agent, and plays with small, disposable amounts for entertainment. If that is you, the checklist above is your protection — use it every time.
It does not fit anyone who wants deposit protection, licensed oversight, or a guaranteed payout. If you need a regulated option, check PAGCOR's public lists first — the pagcorguarantee.ph page lists PAGCOR-approved brands, and PAGCOR publishes its accredited operators. Whatever you choose, set limits before you play: our responsible gaming page has tools and helplines. 21+.
Two modes: real-time table advice and automatic play. It is sold by the vendor, not on this website or in app stores. For trial access, setup and questions about account safety, ask the vendor on Telegram. Third-party assistance tools may violate X-Poker's rules, and you are responsible for compliance and for any account restrictions. 21+.
Frequently Asked Questions About X-Poker in the Philippines
Is X-Poker legal in the Philippines?
X-Poker does not appear in PAGCOR's published lists of accredited operators (checked 14 Oct 2026). The legal commentary we reviewed does not address club poker apps directly, so there is no clear answer on whether playing through a club agent is lawful for an individual. Treat it as unregulated, play only if you accept that risk, and consult a lawyer if you need a definitive answer. 21+.
Can I use GCash or Maya for X-Poker?
Agents advertise GCash and Maya, but this is a manual wallet transfer to a person — not an integration supported by X-Poker or the wallets. Since August 2025, BSP rules removed in-app gambling links from both wallets, and neither operator is a party to your deal with an agent.
Does X-Poker pay real money in the Philippines?
The app itself never pays or holds money. Chips get cash value only through your private agreement with a club agent: you send pesos, the agent credits chips, and the reverse when you cash out. Everything depends on that agent's honesty.
How do I join an X-Poker club in the Philippines?
You need a Club ID (and often a Referral ID) from a club agent, usually found via Facebook or Instagram. Enter the ID in the app, apply to join, then read the club rules and test with a small amount before depositing more. Our clubs page has the full guide.
Is X-Poker available on Google Play in the Philippines?
AppBrain reports the app was removed from Google Play in September 2023; we could not confirm a current listing. Android players install an APK, either from x-poker.net or from the download block of our main review — avoid old builds from APK catalogs, which can be outdated or modified.
Is X-Poker a scam?
The platform and the scams are different problems. The app has no PAGCOR accreditation that we could find — no KYC, no gaming regulator that we could identify — which creates room for dishonest agents. Common PH scam patterns include "unlock fees", fake BIR or AMLC taxes, and agents switching wallet numbers. Our red-flag checklist above covers the warning signs.
Which currency do Philippine X-Poker clubs use: PHP, USD or USDT?
It varies by club. The common accounting convention is 1 chip = $1, while some Philippine-facing clubs keep ledgers in PHP; settlements in USDT are also reported. Agree on the rate, fees and payout terms in writing with your agent before every transfer.
Can I play Tongits and Pusoy on X-Poker?
Yes. Both Tongits and Pusoy are available in X-Poker clubs, and a 2023 industry article listed them at a large PH-facing club. Which tables run them depends on the club, so confirm with your club's agent before joining for a specific game.
About This Guide (Author, Method, Updates)
I'm Heidy Tan J., a poker writer and club-app player, and I write about the apps and the markets around them. This guide was assembled from search results, review sites, news coverage and legal commentary, with dates checked as of October 2026 — and from my own play. Between March and June 2026 I played real-money games in two X-Poker clubs open to Philippine players, made deposits and withdrawals through GCash and Maya in the ₱500–2,500 range, and documented the results in the test log above. What I did not test — InstaPay, PESONet, bank cash-ins and USDT — remains reported information, as does every club in the clubs table, none of which are the clubs I played in. How we source and check facts is described in our Editorial Policy; who runs this site and how it earns is on the About page. If an agent listed on this site has wronged you, contact us. This site earns from partner offers; we aim to keep the editorial side independent.
Update log
- Oct 2026 — first publication: 2025 BSP e-wallet order, RA 12312, PAGCOR 2026 changes, PH club reports.
- Oct 2026 — added «How We Tested» and the test log: author's real-money play, March–June 2026; the «What we did not do» disclaimer replaced with the documented experience.
